At the age of 7, Alyssa Milano saw the Broadway play Annie, and afterwards she looked up to her parents and said: "I can do that". One year later, she made her acting debut with the role of "July" in the same musical, and toured with the play for 18 months. In 1984 Alyssa made her television debut in the role as Tony Danza's daughter in the sitcom Who's the Boss?. And only one year after she starred in that sitcom, she had a small role playing Arnold Schwarzenegger's daughter in the movie Commando, from 1985. Alyssa joined the cast of Fox TV's Melrose Place in 1997. She shot the last six episodes of the 1997 season. She played Jennifer Mancini, younger sister to Michael Mancini.
Alyssa Milano also starred in a bunch of TV movies including The Canterville Ghost (1986), Crash Course (1988), Voices That Care (1991), Embrace of the Vampire (1994) and Poison Ivy II (1996). She starred as Phoebe Halliwell in the Spelling produced Charmed (co-starring Shannen Doherty and Holly Marie Combs). Alyssa has six tatoos: a sacred heart on her behind, a fairy kneeling in grass on her hip, rosary beads on her back, an angel on her left ankle, a garland of flowers around her right ankle, and an "om" on one wrist.
