Tara Reid is of Irish, Italian, French, Hungarian, and English descent. In 1982, she made her debut in a children's television game show, called Child's Play. After that she appeared in commercials for products like Crayola, Jell-O and McDonald's. Tara attended the Professional Children's School in New York, joining a class consisting of fellow child actors such as Macaulay Culkin, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Holly Marie Combs and Jerry O'Connell.
She got a role in Saved by the Bell: The New Class in 1994, and in 1995 she could be seen in Days of Our Lives and California Dreams. That same year Tara Reid had a larger role in the teen thriller, Urban Legend, as a college campus DJ, co-starring Alicia Witt and Rebecca Gayheart. In 1999, she appeared in the made-for-TV movie What We Did That Night and in the comedy American Pie, co-starring Shannon Elizabeth and Mena Suvari. and in 2001 Tara Reid appeared in the movie, Josie and the Pussycats, as a third of a female rock group consisting of Rachael Leigh Cook and Rosario Dawson. She has also appeared in the TV sit-com Scrubs.
Tara Reid got engaged to Carson Daly (VJ MTV) in October 2000. The couple broke up in June 2001. In 2004, Tara accidentally flashed her breast at a group photographers when one of her gown's straps slipped off her shoulder. It all happend outside Sean "P Diddy" Combs 35th birthday party in New York. In the summer of 2005, Tara Reid did party hard in Saint Tropez, France, together with Paris Hilton.
